Catering Cost
Lentsch Catering provides excellent food and service while remaining as transparent as possible for your event. We don't want there to be any surprises along the way.
Our meal cost is made up of four components--the cost of food & beverage, a service fee, staffing, rentals & add-ons services, and applicable taxes.

2 Areas
Food: Based on menu selected from number of items, courses, buffet, plated, passed are added together and this varies based on each event.

Beverage: Wine pairings, alcoholic or non alcoholic beverages for the event.
Service Fee
Fixed
This is a standard 20%. This goes to cover the chef's time to write the menu, shop, develop menu items, cooking, nutritional information(if requested), labor and overhead related expenses like the commercial kitchen.
Staffing, Rentals & Add On
(Optional) Based on your type of event there may be action stations with a Chef or additional service staffing, rentals, or add-on services that you requested like extra linens, zero waste, upgraded plates, flatware and glassware, etc.
