Greg has worked for more than 22 years in the food & beverage industry and held various positions from start-ups to contract food service operations at Genesis Healthcare and Compass Group. Former positions held at McCormick Spice Co, Dave & Busters, Suncadia Resort, and Ted's Montana Grill. My last job before going out on my own was as Senior Director of of Operations at Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya.

After working in hospitality for many years around the United States and the world Greg wants to share his knowledge to help others grow and become more successful. In his free time he enjoys flying and the outdoors.

Judy Kwong

An Army veteran that graduated the CIA (Culinary Institute of America) has worked in local fine dining restaurant to quick service concepts. With over 20 years of experience she can cook many difference types of cuisines. Enjoys dogs and the outdoors!
